Research

Family Eye Group is dedicated to research. Research helps us to be able to answer patients questions, find new medications to treat eye disease and to improve the quality of care we are able to offer our patients. We have been dedicated to research for over 10 years and are excited to offer research in the following areas:

  • Amblyopia and Strabismus (lazy eye)
  • Pediatric nasolacrimal duct obstruction (watering eyes)
  • Dry Eyes
  • Cataract surgery in patients with diabetes
  • Treatment of vitreous hemorrhage
  • Optic Neuritis

Some of these studies include payment for your participation and free medication
for the condition being studied. For more information, please schedule a visit with our specialist to see if you qualify. These visits will be billed to your insurance.
