Upper Eyelid Lift: Many men and woman suffer from droopy or hooded eyelids, either due to aging, heredity, or both. The same is true of wrinkles, puffiness and fat bulges that can develop in the lower lids. Upper eyelid surgery allows removal of excess skin and occasionally fat bulges that contribute to a fatigued, tired, or grumpy appearance. Because the incision follows that natural crease of the eyelid, it is usually very well-concealed and rarely noticeable.

Brow Lift: This surgery eliminates the tired, intense, serious or angry appearance that comes from low eyebrows. Medical advances have allowed several different techniques for brow lift procedures. Depending on the amount of excess skin present and the result you desire, Dr. Silbert will recommend the ideal brow lift technique for you.

  • Upper Eyelid Lift and Brow Lift are sometimes covered by insurance if the eyelid and brow interfere with vision or the skin covers the lashes.

Lower Eyelid Lift: May be done through the inside of the lower eyelid, the so-called “scar-less” technique. This technique requires no external incision, and is appropriate only for the removal or redistribution of fat. A “classic” approach might be more appropriate when needing to remove excess skin, with an incision just underneath the eyelashes. This can also be combined with laser resurfacing to tighten the skin.

NON-SURGICAL IN OFFICE COSMETIC TREATMENTS
